From booking to follow up, here is everything you need to know about your Revivo concierge treatment experience.
How It Works
Every Revivo appointment follows four simple steps.
Book Your Consultation
Schedule through the OptiMantra patient portal. Select your preferred date, choose the treatments you are interested in, and complete a brief medical history form. New patients will receive a portal invitation by email after booking.
We Come to You
Dr. Soos arrives at your home with a complete mobile treatment suite including a professional reclining chair, ring light, equipment table, and medical grade product storage. Setup takes just a few minutes.
Your Treatment
Every appointment begins with a face to face consultation to discuss your goals and finalize a personalized treatment plan. Dr. Soos performs all injections herself and explains each step as she goes. Plan for approximately 60 minutes from setup to completion.
Follow Up
A follow up visit is scheduled within 10 to 14 days to reassess your results and make any enhancements needed.
Preparing for Your Visit
You will need a clean, open area with enough room for a portable treatment table, and a small circular table (with a circumference of 32 inches). The space should have:

- Access to an electrical outlet
- Enough room for Dr. Soos to move comfortably around
You do not need to provide anything medical. Dr. Soos brings everything.
Before Your Appointment
- Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before treatment
- If possible, pause over the counter anti-inflammatory medications and supplements for 7-10 days prior to treatment, to reduce your risk of bleeding or bruising.
- Always consult your prescribing physician before stopping any medication
- Arrive with a clean face, free of makeup
- Skip intense exercise the morning of your visit
- Complete your medical history form in the OptiMantra portal before your appointment
Aftercare
Neurotoxin (BOTOX and Xeomin)
- Remain upright for at least four hours after treatment
- Avoid rubbing or massaging treated areas for 24 hours
- Skip intense exercise, saunas, and hot tubs for the rest of the day
- Results typically appear within three to five days and reach full effect at about two weeks
Dermal Filler (Revanesse Versa Plus)
- Mild swelling, redness, or bruising at injection sites is normal and usually resolves within a few days
- Avoid intense heat, strenuous exercise, and alcohol for 24 hours
- Do not apply pressure to treated areas
- Results are immediate, with final results visible once swelling subsides

Payment and Portal
Pricing
Revivo does not bill insurance. Aesthetic injectable treatments are not covered by insurance plans. Current pricing:
- Neurotoxin (BOTOX or Xeomin): $15 to $17 per unit
- Lip Flip: $250 flat rate
- Gummy Smile Correction: $250 flat rate
- Dermal Filler (Revanesse Versa Plus): $700 per syringe on average
The exact number of units or syringes needed varies by patient and treatment area. Dr. Soos will discuss costs with you before any treatment begins.
Payment is collected at the conclusion of your appointment via credit or debit card through your secure OptiMantra patient portal. You will receive an itemized receipt for your records.

Every Revivo patient receives access to the OptiMantra portal where you can:
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Complete intake and medical history forms
- Receive aftercare instructions and treatment documentation
- Process payments and access receipts
- Message Dr. Soos directly between visits

How do I book my first appointment?
Visit the OptiMantra patient portal through the Book a Consultation button on any page. Select your preferred date, choose your treatments, and complete the new patient intake form.
How long does an appointment take?
Approximately 60 minutes for an individual visit. Group sessions run two to three hours depending on the number of guests.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Can I get treated if I am pregnant or nursing?
Neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments are not recommended for patients who are pregnant or nursing. Let Dr. Soos know so she can advise on timing.
Is there anything that would disqualify me from treatment?
Certain medical conditions, allergies, or medications may affect eligibility. Dr. Soos reviews every patient's medical history before treatment and will flag any concerns during your consultation.
