Dr. Nicole Soos
Dr. Nicole Soos is a board certified Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and a certified member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. She completed her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and her Family Medicine Residency at McLaren Greater Lansing, where she served as Chief Resident for two years. During residency, she also held the title of Clinical Assistant Professor at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine for three years.
Following residency, Dr. Soos served as the lead primary care physician at a private practice in Michigan, where she guided the opening of a new office and led process improvement initiatives. In 2024, she relocated to Amelia Island with her family and continued practicing primary care, serving the healthcare needs of the local community.
Her passion for personalized, relationship driven care led her to pursue advanced certification through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics and launch Revivo Concierge Aesthetics. Looking ahead, she plans to expand Revivo to include concierge primary care services in 2027.
Her training in osteopathic medicine gives her a distinctive understanding of facial anatomy, tissue dynamics, and the interconnected structures beneath the surface. That foundation, combined with advanced certification in facial aesthetics, allows her to deliver results that look natural because they are guided by a deep knowledge of how the face actually moves.
Outside the treatment chair, she is an avid shell collector on Amelia Island beaches, a fiercely competitive (if not always victorious) Settlers of Catan player, and a karaoke enthusiast who prioritizes spirit over pitch.
She lives on Amelia Island with her husband, Dr. Michael Soos, a local cardiologist, their two children Harrison and Marie, and their golden retriever Hazel and silver Labrador Duke.

What does "concierge aesthetics" mean?
It means Dr. Soos comes to you. Every consultation and treatment takes place in your home, eliminating the need for a clinic visit. You receive the same quality of care with the added comfort and privacy of your own space.
What areas does Revivo serve?
Revivo currently serves Amelia Island, Florida. At this time, we are only servicing Amelia Island and will not be travelling off-island for treatment. If you are unsure whether your location falls within the service area, reach out and we will confirm.
Is Dr. Soos the one performing every treatment?
Yes. Dr. Soos personally performs every consultation, injection, and follow up. There are no nurses, assistants, or technicians administering treatments. You see the same physician every time.
How is Revivo different from a traditional medspa?
Traditional medspas often rely on mid level providers and high patient volume. Revivo is a physician only practice with a deliberately small patient panel. That means longer appointments, direct physician access, and treatments performed exclusively by a board certified doctor.
Can I bring a friend or family member to my appointment?
Of course. Since treatments happen in your home, you are welcome to have anyone present who makes you feel comfortable. For a more social experience, consider booking a group session with three to six guests.
